Keith Murray
Founder, Chief Executive Officer and President
Team member

Keith D. Murray founded Hightide Settlement Services with the goal of providing responsive, client oriented title and settlement services that is led by quality-focused and experienced leadership from the title industry. Mr. Murray serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Hightide Settlement Services.

Mr. Murray is also the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and President of Vendor Resource Management, Inc., which is a nationwide provider of mortgage-related services and solutions that helps lenders, servicers, investors and government agencies become more compliant, reduce operational and reputational risk, decrease loss severity, and improve origination and servicing returns.

In addition, Mr. Murray founded Murcor, Inc. and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and President.

Chris Bolger
Chris Bolger

Chris Bolger is a seasoned title and closing industry executive with over 30 years of broad-based, hands-on experience in virtually all aspects of title operations. His title and closing expertise includes management and oversight positions in, among other areas, title operations, payoffs, claims, audit, trustee sale guarantee, real estate owned operations and default services. Mr. Bolger’s core competencies include title related technology system deployment, a strong understanding of title and closing best practices, effective recruiting, mentoring and training skills and a solid foundation in title agency financial oversight. He has detail knowledge in deploying and using ResWare for payoff, trust accounting, title production and closing team structure, underwriting and claims. Mr. Bolger brings a strong background and industry insight in competing in the national title and settlement space and the requirements that come with being a California underwritten title agency.

Jon Van Deuren, CPA, CGMA

Jon Van Deuren

Jon D. Van Deuren is Hightide Settlement Services’ Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. His responsibilities include the management of its finance, accounting, treasury, planning and reporting functions. A member of the executive management team, Mr. Van Deuren brings 35 years of senior financial executive leadership experience to Hightide. His industry expertise with private companies and SEC registrants has contributed to successfully completing capital and debt offering, debt restructuring and other corporate transactions.

Prior to his current role at Hightide Settlement, he was a co-founder and partner of a professional services firm specializing in serving a broad spectrum of financial services companies across the U.S. He previously held corporate governance, board positions and senior financial executive leadership roles with two publicly traded companies. Mr. Van Deuren commenced his professional career with KPMG, LLP, where he advanced to the level of partner and specialized in serving financial institutions clients before entering the private sector.

Dawn Haghighi
General Counsel
Dawn Haghighi

As General Counsel (RHIC), Ms. Haghighi is the principal company Legal Officer and provides oversight and leadership for the legal aspects of the business, including corporate affairs, strategic corporate initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and other complex transactions, litigation, compliance, privacy, board governance, licensing, and sustainability.

Prior to joining PCV Murcor and its affiliates, her legal career encompassed senior management positions at global institutions including Princess Cruise Lines, Ltd., Charter One Bank, NA, and Nordstrom, Inc. Ms. Haghighi is a frequent lecturer before professional organizations, trade associations, and boards. She is active in, and served on, the board of directors for a number of international, public policy, and not-for-profit organizations. She is the Vice Chair of the Association of Corporate Counsel (“ACC”) Financial Services Network, In-House Advisor of Women in the House, and former Chair of the ACC Real Estate Network.
